Meet Sandy Roper. She is our new PATIENT NAVIGATOR at CAROLINA CANCER SERVICES.
As a Patient Navigator, Sandy has access to information YOU NEED. Having trouble paying the power bill? Sandy will find out who you need to call and will try to find funding sources you may not be aware of. Patient Navigators go the extra mile to help you through uncertain times. Sandy is also fluent in deaf sign language. She taught deaf students for 30 years. Sometimes we have cancer patients who are also deaf. Please let members of the deaf community know they have an advocate in Sandy Roper.
